Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Most orders will ship between 10-14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return Policy
The Brand Constructor does not accept returns on any of our products.
We will allow items to be exchanged within 7 days if the customer finds an issue with a product. An item will only be accepted for an exchange if the item has not been worn and is in brand new condition. If you have issues with a product please contact us through the CONTACT tab on our website or email us at [email protected]
Customers will have to incur the cost of shipping their product(s) for an exchange request. Upon our receiving of the product(s), if the item does not meet our policy, the item will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be charged a shipping fee.
